Jim Burrell shares Enterprise customer service story

Senior Vice President of European Operations Jim Burrell shared how Enterprise has developed and maintains a culture of customer service with the European business community at the European Conference on Customer Management in London.

The three-day conference, one of the largest of its kind, focused on customer advocacy, understanding customer service, loyalty and retention, leadership and motivation, the customer experience and building customer relationships. More than 800 senior-level executives from across Europe and the world participated.

Jim detailed the values put in place by Enterprise Founder Jack Taylor, how the company developed its business model and the Enterprise Service Quality index (ESQi). "Enterprise enjoys a reputation for providing outstanding customer service because it's important to every one of us - from Management Trainees to our CEO," says Jim. "This was a great opportunity to share our story with some of the world's most well-known business leaders."

"The feedback Enterprise received was incredibly encouraging," says Jim. "Our presentation helped open up an opportunity for Enterprise to present at a customer advocacy conference this fall in Scotland. People responded well to our ESQi journey and the Enterprise story," Jim says.
