I started my career with Enterprise in 2011 as a twelve month intern. Once I completed my internship, I became a Campus Brand Manager and continued to gain a genuine taste for what Enterprise has to offer. The role allowed me to translate this to my fellow students and graduates and make an impact on campus.
Upon graduating from the University of Lincoln, I was promoted to Assistant Manager within one month and I had the opportunity to run my own branch, continuing where I left off after my internship. From there, I got the true feeling of what it was like to run my own business, I had a great team working alongside me which is one of the things I really love about Enterprise.
Enterprise is not only a job, it’s a career, and a career that will never to fail to provide you with opportunities time after time. For me, Enterprise has always positively challenged me in everything I have put my mind to and with each position that I have held. Not only will Enterprise challenge you, Enterprise are firm believers of working hard and rewarding hard work, and for me this just makes me want to better myself each day.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist I thrive on selling the Enterprise brand and benefits to potential candidates and meeting the future leaders of our business.
