If you do decide a graduate career with Enterprise is right for you, there are four main steps you’ll need to take. Here’s a little more about each:
The first step is our online application process, which takes about 30 minutes to complete. As well as telling us lots about you, it helps us identify the kind of competencies that we look for in our management trainees.
You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours of submitting your application online.
If your application’s a successful one, you’ll hear from one of our recruiters. They’ll arrange to meet with you in person and tell you more about joining Enterprise as a management trainee.
To help you get to know us a little more, we’ll invite you to visit one of our branches. It’s a great chance to meet some of our people and have an interview with the branch manager.
Finally, you will be invited to one of our assessment days. This really is your chance to shine. Over the course of the day, you’ll tackle a number of exercises designed around life at Enterprise. Don’t worry – it’s not too formal and most of our applicants agree it’s a great way to experience being a management trainee.
