We provide access to private healthcare for our assistant managers and above through Western Provident Association (WPA) in the UK and Irish Life Health in Ireland. Employees may add their dependants for a monthly fee.
The Enterprise dental plan is offered via Denplan as a voluntary flexible benefit for our UK employees.
Retirement Savings Plan
The Enterprise Retirement Savings Plan is open to all employees and includes a company contribution and the opportunity to make personal contributions upon hire.
Enterprise provides, at no cost to you, life assurance equal to three times your annual pay.
Long-term disability (LTD) cover is available for our assistant managers and above, and is designed to provide a portion of your income if you are disabled and can no longer work. Enterprise pays the full cost of this benefit by paying premiums to the insurer. LTD benefits, if approved, begin after 28 weeks (UK) and 26 weeks (Ireland) of absence due to incapacity.

Provides confidential consultation 24 hours a day, whether you are preparing for the arrival of a new child, dealing with a change at home or struggling with an emotional concern. Our programme allows you access to both licensed counsellors and work/life specialists who can provide specialised assistance or in-person counselling for a broad range of needs.
For employees who are building families through adoption, Enterprise provides assistance by reimbursing you for a portion of your related expenses.
Enterprise offers a phase back period for employees returning to work from maternity or adoption leave. The phase back period allows employees to work a reduced schedule over a period of time whilst being compensated at 100% of pay.
